Honestly, she needs to step the hell down. This app's development under her watch has been crappy and it's been nothingburger after nothingburger that no one wants.
But this is soon to be the standard Twitter alternative that Threads never was, so they'd better step it up before something breaks.

#threads is overrun with bot accounts, just like ex-Twitter. There are more interactions there because the right-wing bots are shitposting and everyone is responding. But I have to go to Mastodon for anything substantive...

TBH when I joined in Sept '23 I felt like I was late to the party and whatever fun chaos had happened here was already giving way to "oh its just another Twitter/Threads." The Maddow wave def turned it up from 5 to 11 tho.

With the recent changes on Twitter, I suggest cross-posting using Buffer. Free accounts get 3 sites. I use it for Bsky, Twitter, and Mastodon as it allows scheduling pics and clips. If you want to post for FB, IG, and YT, etc., use Metricool.

It is nice to have a choice. A place to feel safe to express yourself. I am happy you are afforded that on Twitter (X) or Threads or Truth Social. The Privilege, you experience, to post freely without threats and repercussions was not afforded many on those other platforms.

初めて知ったSNSを覗いてみたけど、ぶっちゃけ使いにくそうだし何だかな～。もうUIがTwitterに慣れすぎててどこ行っても違和感満載なのよな。青空はほぼ同じ作りだから安心して座ってられる。タイツも無理になったからずいぶん前に削除したし、クロスフォリオは重すぎて嫌になって削除した。Misskeyも目がチカチカするし落ち着きないので削除。Threadsとインスタは論外。結局ペケと青空しか勝たんのですハイ。
