Well played Wales much deserved win #walveng #u20sixnations unfortunately the refereeing of the breakdown was dangerous. Lots of good jackals not given leaving players exposed to extra impacts. Lucky no one was seriously hurt.

An inauspicious end to a really pretty terrible #U20SixNations for Ireland. Really the only thing that saved them from the wooden spoon is that first half against Scotland because they lost the second half of that game & only finish ahead of Scotland on points difference

Those Welsh boys stepped up to boys that were physically twice their size.
Immense effort. Was quite something to be there at a record-breaking Arms park tonight.

Hard to explain in one post but this is somehow a really decent result? Even without scoring with the extra players. Bonkers 80m all round but the French looked like putting 50 on us and we defended well at times I thought. #U20SixNations

France U20s try on the stroke of half time chalked off as the refereeing team pull it so far back that I’m pretty sure BOD and ROG were involved for Ireland U20s

Hearing the welsh crowd sing in Rodney Parade...after how Welsh rugby has been for so long...that's refreshing.
They deserved it after that performance.

There has been some "avant-garde" officiating at times but Ireland haven't needed any help shooting themselves in both feet here. So many basic errors in the 1st half. A few players who might not make it back out for the 2nd. Cut those mistakes out & there's a game to be won #U20SixNations #WALvIRE

Ireland grew into that half really well, nice finishing and strong D from Wales but we had all the possession just needed to be more clinical in 22. Made some good adjustments and eventually got reward need to keep going. #WALvIRE #U20SixNations
