This is a Ziggy Shawl (designed by Joji / Jojilocat) I made a few years ago. 🧶 is DyeForYarn tussah fingering. Thinking about using the silk mohair yarn I posted earlier to make another one.

this week's prompt for #showMeYourKnits 🧶is Floof, and while I'm not exactly allergic to either alpaca or mohair, both make me itch. So the closest I get to floof is cashmere, usually in a cashmere silk blend, which feels wonderfully decadent and is accordingly rare (because cost)

I finally finished my Stay at Home Shawl (pattern by SOSUknits) – partly made from „ancient“ yarn I bought more than a decade ago, including a few small mistakes – but like my knitting colleague said: “oh well, nobody will hear that” 😊🧶🧣
