Let's talk about recovery response groups. When the School and a number of homes burned in Hooper Bay quite a few years ago, Franklin Graham was in the village while it still smoldered and pledged that Samaritans Purse would rebuild homes.
They did.

If you are shipping donations on Lynden (and they are taking stuff in Fairbanks to truck to Anchorage) pack it in totes, and hey, throw in a few of those smaller Sterilite boxes too! Those are perfect for hygiene stuff and small belongings.
Let's help folks get some small semblance of organization!

Kind of considering putting together a few film photography classes. Either Skillshare, or something mainly online with one-on-one sessions, either virtually online, or in person if local.

General film, large format, theory, developing, scanning, post-processing, storing negatives. Lots to pass on.

The most important thing NASA does is monitor climate change from space. No other country in the world (and certainly no corporation) can make up for the decimation of climate science capabilities that this admin is dead set on causing.
A lot of comments on Mars rovers or Moon landings, but it's important to remember that the planet NASA studies most is Earth. This is less about cutting flashy things like moonwalks and more about keeping communities in the dark on climate, weather, agriculture, pollution, natural hazards, and more.
