As expected, the UCP are invoking time allocation in the legislature right now—only one hour of debate on Bill 2, which will force striking teachers back to work, will be allowed.

In just 6 years, the UCP has been responsible for nearly half of all time allocation motions in Alberta history.

They're promising to do it again today, this time ramming through a bill that removes Charter rights in a matter of hours.

Despite what the #ucp keeps claiming most of Alberta's population growth came from people who moved from other provinces. Yet the government who ran a campaign called "Alberta is calling" now seems completely unprepared that these new people might have kids that need to go to school.

How can we oppose this insanity? I am beyond enraged at Smith’s idiotic plan to not only make us pay for vaccines but make them ridiculously hard to access through public health that operate M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm!
