These chair workouts Kechi and I do on YouTube are kind of a drag, but also kind of great. Even with my busted knee, I’m losing weight again without being obsessive about eating. Not walking well, but doing well. Shit is wild.

I just remembered that Cocaine Bear was a thing and that everyone joked that it would inspire a whole subgenre of Animals on Drugs movies and that I was secretly pretty excited about that. The Pandemic ruined so many things. Imagine if the snakes on that plane had been finding for heroin!
