2) For the same class we read Ch. 8 of Robert Paxton's classic The Anatomy of Fascism. I used his definition of fascism in my book Antifa.

I love his argument that a definition of fascism "encompasses its subject no better than a snapshot encompasses a person."

What appears to be happening here is that MAGA can’t find any actual antifa people to abuse and threaten so they’re going after an academic who studies anti fascist movements. MAGA are evil and also incredibly thick. People study things without being those things!
