While I don’t think you gotta hand it to Curtis Sliwa, he is, both in the literal and archetypical sense, recognizably New York in a way Cuomo never could be. He’s been a known entity since the seventies, and while his principles may be disgusting, he at least means them and stands by them.

An even happier Mr Cool Ice a few years or so later. In a New York black shirt with white pin striping, he now has ear plugs and a happy skull and crossbones wearing shades. His forehead is adorned by a row of three skulls, with a letter on each scalp spelling I C E. It can’t be overemphasized how happy, brilliant and posi he looks here. I still probably wouldn’t vote for him but this picture cheers me on dim days.

The famous Mr Cool Ice with a megawatt smile and even more Mr Cool Ice tattoos on his arms and neck. He also added some three dimensional shading to Mr Cool Ice across the top of his chest.

man who has several large tattoos of Achewoodesque skulls in sunglasses accompanied by the phrase “Mr. Cool Ice” in an aggressively sans serif font. Unfortunately he has “ICE” written in large letters on his wrists. he has sunglasses tattooed on the back of his head. I can not overstate that he essentially has the same thing tattooed all over himself in like six different places

I think this is standard practice with that kind of procedure if the patient is a musician. I remember seeing a movie with a guy playing “Classical Gas” with his head wide open. I think another thing is that you can’t fall asleep so they’re giving patient some natural stimulus.

I swallowed a lot of the bullshit in Lords of Chaos uncritically for a 25 year old anarchist. Not everything, but too much.

That said, I still don’t understand how a monster like Varg could make something like Filosofem.
