Best- rotini. Fun, firm, holds onto sauce. Spaghetti and fettuccine are also classics for a reason.

Worst- agreed on orzo, there is no situation you can put orzo in that I wouldn’t prefer actual rice. Also bow tie, too floppy, doesn’t hold sauce.
