"Oxford commas are a sign you write with ai" I will find such a unique way to rip out your spine that they'll make a movie about it
Is a race to the bottom still a race?

Need people to understand the difference between "this is a social construct" and "this is not real"

Manufacturing consent. Which Canadians say this? Experts? Public opinion polling? Loud voices? We don't make policy based on vibes and so including a vibes-based measure in a headline is journalistic malpractice.
Agreeing with all the people saying base coat first. I like a clear top coat as well. I also just make a mess, and when the polish has set, I do some dishes, and the hot water usually pulls the polish off of skin while leaving the stuff in the nails intact.
You have my vote already, but what your position on gas powered leaf blowers?

we will also institute lifetime sentence to The Terrible Hole for people who text during movies and people who hold up their cameras to film every song of the whole damn concert for some stupid reason
Anthony Oliveira for president, you need no other platform or policy but this.
Ooh, there's a research project that I suspect the Gottman Institute doesn't want to put their name on - map attachment style against top/bottom/switch and see if there are patterns!
It's prominent, but you have to be connected to the gossip network to know where it came from. There's another coffin nearby but that one is awkwardly placed.
It was filmed locally. When they wrapped for good, a local kink space got Nandor's coffin, so it's part of their play area now.

Every once in awhile, I think of my favorite “…the fuck did you just say?” phraseology, which is from Homer’s Iliad, proving we have never, ever changed as a species, only less fancily inclined.

“What nonsense has escaped the barrier of your teeth now?”
I expect the explanation would only make sense to David Bowie, and maybe Prince.
"We ate some people, but the people were on drugs and now I'm a wizard!" - Nandor, What We Do In The Shadows.
The analogy that works best for me is that it's a hobby, but a hobby like being a foodie, where it's a hobby built on top of a basic human function. Like most hobbies, there's also the "scene" element to it, where primate pack dynamics come into it, and boy are we ever wired to let that consume us.
The only argument being given for doing so is "because we can make you do it". And, uh, can they? For how long? Feels like we'll find out, and no one is going to enjoy that process.
This is partly why it feels like society is falling apart. That and, well, the Fascism. It's just so nakedly obvious that our world is driven by goals that are antithetical to our well-being.
As you were writing this here, elsewhere I was writing this: "But full RTO seems to only benefit people whose primary output is oppression."

Tent guy is getting off on the power trip of removing the freedom of his minions. That is what he actually does at work. The company products are secondary.

you don't understand. as someone who isn't inherently good at art, stealing paintings from the museum is the *only* way i'm able to express myself creatively. i wouldn't be able to paint beautiful portraits. but by breaking into a museum and stealing the paintings, now i am
