Correction #BikeTO:
Harbord bike lane is ALMOST finished! Grace to Ossington is the remaining work to be done by early November

Can’t wait to ride my favourite route across west downtown again with no treacherous potholes AND feeling safer from cars & trucks 🙌 Looking good, Toronto!

Y'all knew about most of these last week, but here are some more recent photos from the Chief Planner.

Add'l info:
Harbord is done from Queens Park to Grace. To Ossington should be done by early November with bike 🚦
Queens Quay - new bike🚦is also imminent
Esplanade - so much much more coming

Toronto’s Cycling and Pedestrian Projects Team continues to hit it out of the park. Out for a ride today and here’s just some of the new cycling facilities that I came across. New concrete planters and permanent curbs on Harbord Street. /1

Ditto. Always a mixed bag of feels, Thanksgiving is.

Happy Thanksgiving Canadians! 🙏🦃🇨🇦

This year I am especially grateful that my ancestors immigrated to Canada instead of U.S.

Although, I'm still really pissed off and upset about the residential schools and the rest of the related travesties and horrors

That tells us a lot about how Walmart can "turn a profit" in the US: Not just by clever marketing, but also by exploiting the people that work for them.

Again, they did that so egregiously that German lawmakers had to stop them violating workers rights.

That was enough for Walmart to pull out.

Trying to raise the remaining $1617 by my surgical date on October 23rd. No amount is too small. Appreciate boosting and quote-reposts for visibility.

Apologies, somehow the original was deleted. I'm undergoing my 3rd urgent, non-elective revision spinal fusion this Oct to replace & extend my hardware. I'd appreciate any help in achieving this goal to ensure I have the resources necessary to recover safely & fully.

😳 OMG. That’s such a big tell. The people who are most afraid of even looking disabled are the people who are most ableist.

You know what we didn’t see in history books and class lectures? Ordinary citizens in cute animal costumes disrupting the fascist agenda. I love this for you, America. KEEP RESISTING! ✊🐸
There’s hope for you yet. 💜

Oooh, watch out for the scary antifa animal crossing in war ravaged Portland 😂

I’m sorry, so hurtful. Shocking even, when it’s family. 💙💙💙

Don’t compromise your beliefs and health to be accepted by someone who’s uncomfortable with you masking. 😷 They’re showing you they’ll also be uncomfortable with your future disability. You’ll still end up rejected when sick and dependent on people who’ve shown you they’re already not there for you.

Very happy to see Health Canada's first approved COVID and Flu combo test for OTC home use.

If I get sick, ideally, I'd like to know what the bug I have is. Ordering some.

Never wonder whether it's COVID or FLU again.

ANNOUNCING THE FIRST combo rapid tests FOR HOME, approved by Health Canada.

Detect COVID, FLU A, and FLU B with just one swab.

This is a great tool to have ready the next time a family member isn't feeling well.
Well Life COVID and INFLUENZA rapid antigen test kits, package of 5.

No, that hasn’t been proven yet. This research is just the first to prove the offspring of Covid-infected mice showed “increased anxiety-like behavior” which could have “intergenerational implications for human health, including predisposition to relevant brain disorders.”

I’m sure more to come tho

THIS! I don’t understand how so many of you can say:
“I don’t eat red meat, causes cancer”
“I cut out soda, that stuff will give you diabetes”
“I rarely drink, I don’t want liver disease”
But then won’t mask when I tell you repeat Covid infections causes all those things.
WHY AREN’T YOU MASKING? 😷

“I exercise to prevent CVD and dementia.”

“I don’t smoke because, it causes lung cancer and heart disease & makes everything smell.”

Ok… so instead you choose to freely breathe in the biohazard that causes vascular disease, brain damage, AIDS-like conditions, and loss of smell.

Make it make sense
drseanmullen.bsky.social
Just curious…

Hands up if you just believe the science you publish and you think everything else is bullshit?

I’m referring to the half-decade of research & half-million publications showing SARS-CoV-2 can lead to new and worsening health conditions of every variety.

I’m talking to you academia.
