i had shingles this year :) it forced me to reevaluate my relationship with the source of my stress, and i will be getting the vaccine as soon as i’m able!
please know that it can cause permanent nerve damage, including blindness, if you get lucky enough to get it on your eyes :)

All over my FB people talking about their bad experiences with shingles vax and dissuading each other from getting it! We need to give people real info on how to mitigate the symtoms caused by vaccines because vaccines are always better than meeting a virus unprepared. Yet drs aren't coaching ppl

I know some ppl don’t wanna hear it, but a lot more young people are dropping dead because they’ve got long covid. There are heart problems that develop from it. Get vaccinated. Test regularly. Mask up, at least strategically, to protect yourself!

As you know, AB is making people pay to receive their covid vaccine. It should be no surprise to anyone that AB has a lot more infections than other parts of the country. But on average, one out of every 160 or so people you bump into has covid.

Rode the Finch West LRT today with so many others, way after this morning’s opening festivities. Smooth ride, little slow at times but it picks up the pace in a few spots along the route. I wish I had this when I was going to Humber College! And it connects to Line 1 at Finch West Station 🙌 #Toronto

Just a little reminder that you could save someone’s life by learning this simple bit of 1st aid for the type of seizure you picture in your head. It can happen to anyone at any age anywhere,you could be at the match and need to use it it’s a lot more common than you think. Timing it is vital! #YNWA
