A Chinese pistache tree with its vibrant Autumn foliage which includes shades of red, orange and yellow.

The tree is durable, fast-growing and visually striking with a wide canopy that provides plenty of shade.

In the background are whitewashed buildings which used to be the old stables and outhouses for this Irish rural home.

Riding my bicycle early this morning I spotted this Snowy Egret hunting in the autumn reflection of the salt marsh. The water calm and reflective as a mirror. Everything shades of copper and gold.
