I dunno, I... redefined my 100%? I won't ever, ever, ever do what I've done before my burnout, because it was unsustainable, and I had to learn the limits. Now I won't go there again. Not because I can't, or haven't healed enough, but cause I know its damage, for absolutely no gain. I'm at 100%!

Chips are the common one, specifically salt & vinegar. The other are cherries. They're available here for ~a month each year, and I just went thru grocery receipts. Apparently I bought ~4kg (8.8lbs) total this season, which is, uh, 10x any other fruit, and devoured them within 2-3 days each time.

Unless you own something, don't make it personality defining. Don't feel attached to a project you have no control over, don't be loyal to a company you don't run.
The more control you get, the more skillset becomes "politician". You don't get to MAKE what you WANT. Others will, or you make others'.

Can't do that? Don't make it your job, keep it a hobby.
Some bridges are worth burning, but that's a gamble early on. REALLY think it through.
Make friends outside your company, make friends outside of games.
