Even before it was listed, the current landlord insisted to get a copy of everyone's keys "for the new owner" and we fought about it.
This was exactly why.

I do not have to give my landlord a copy of my key, so yes, I am changing the lock.

Yes, the building is for sale again. Flipped after exactly 2 years, $350,000 more than they paid and they've let things fall to shit.
They're selling it as a turnkey so they don't necessarily want anyone to move. Just raise the rent more! Literally in the listing
