I dreamed I was in a music venue at night that was an old cinderblock service station in a junkyard. There were fire barrels and a nice old couple selling snacks from a cart, and a beauty with a guy who didn’t love her.

I think I was in an unknown early 80s movie. There were Jim Steinman songs.

The trailblazing transgender rights activist Miss Major has passed away at the age of 78.

Miss Major was a lifelong organizer and participant in the ballroom scene. She took part in the 1969 Stonewall Riots and was injured by the police — but she kept fighting.

Oh it would have been real good, but Giordano was right: Batman was better.

I’d forgotten he was given the assignment, pencilled the first issue, and then was pulled off it to do Batman and the Outsiders.

At least he got to draw all his favorites (including Aquaman) in Justice League: The Nail!

My favorite artist Alan Davis’ first steady job in American comics!

When he was offered Batman, he told the editor he had been hoping to work on Aquaman. (He was a huge Jim Aparo fan).

The ed took him aside and basically told him ‘drawing Batman will be WAY better for you than drawing Aquaman.’ 😄

Batman tries to free Robin, while the Joker holds an unconscious Catwoman.

Batman and Catwoman have a conversation, and Selina suggests the two of them retire to her place - alone. Batman says, “Please, Selina… not in front of the boy.”

If you didn’t know, Alaska has been hit by a massive storm, causing severe flooding. Many Indigenous villages have been completely wiped out, with some houses floating away with PEOPLE INSIDE THEM. Please keep posting to spread the info. They need help.

The local manager of a small airline fleet says he is the only one doing evacuations right now!

Defund FEMA and people are abandoned. Defund public media and no-one knows.

FYI, today is Indigenous Peoples Day.

Is iTunes running when you plug the device in? I think that helped my workaround. Also is your USB bus working normally for everything else

I can’t remember exactly but Apple has some kind of real-time function that runs constantly in the background that looks for Apple products, and if you block it like via firewall or other security (which I did once years ago) iTunes stops detecting your devices.

blizzard's 2019 classic servers appear to be in a state where they're accepting transactions but not delivering the services tied to them, the layoffs from both Actvision and Microsoft means no one is communicating with customers, and filing a chargeback gets your account permanently banned

I develop adult video games on Steam. I can't find a bank that will actually let me withdraw my money from Steam. Can I get some advice?
Game has sold quite well on Steam. I've got almost £90,000 ready to withdraw after Steam's cut + VAT taken off.

However, it's been 2 months now and I can't find ANY bank in the UK who will let me withdraw my money from Steam.

I've been banned/refused/unable to get a business account with:

Wise
Revolut
Monzo
Monese
Chase
Starling
Nationwide
Halifax
Barclays
Lloyds
RBS

It always comes down to, "Where did you get this money from?"

"It's coming from games I sell on Steam."

"Can we see the store page?"

"Sure."

"I'm sorry, we can't do business with you at this time."

It keeps coming down to a commercial decision purely because I make adult content.

What the hell am I supposed to do? I've pretty much exhausted the whole banking system. I just want to be able to be paid for products I've sold.

I almost went with the Pleasure Island series, but I thought Meth Orcs was more… accessable. 😆

I mean Fernando has such deep lore by now, and most of it is only mentioned in throwaway lines. At this point I don’t remember why the resort even HAS a manatee pit (other than it being Pleasure Island)
