15 US states and territories have formed a new Public Health Alliance, which will counter the absence of federal leadership by tracking outbreaks, issuing guidance, buying vaccines and more.

Members of the new alliance include CA, CO, CT, DE, GU, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, OR, RI, WA.

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5+the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.

Stare of stupor. At the beginning of the zombies turn, if it can see you: range 10ft - the zombie stares into your eyes, dragging your mind into the haze that surrounds it. DC14 wis save - on failure: 3d6 psychic damage and grants you one "mark of stupor" - 3 marks, and you're stunned for 1 minute. On success, half damage and no mark.
Pack tactics. The zombie gets advantage on attacks against a creature if that creature is already engaged in melee with another zombie.
Acrid Healing. On its turn, if the smoke fouled zombie is within 5ft of smoke, it can inhale it and regain 15hp.
Actions
multi attack. multi attack: can use any two of: bite, slash, or noxious breath. (if it has recharged)
bite. melee weapon attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft, hit (2d6+2) piercing damage Con save 14 against getting zombie rot.

zombie rot: 1d8 necrotic damage at the beginning on your turn, for 1 minute or until cured. (disease)
Noxious breath. Breath attack (recharge 4-6) - 15ft cone - dc14 con save. 6d6 poison damage on failure, as well as gaining the poisoned condition for 1 minute. Success is half damage and not poisoned. You may re-roll this save at the beginning of your turn.
Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 2) slashing damage, plus 2d4 poison damage.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

Feds arrest one person at the Portland ICE facility at around 7:30. The reason is again unclear, but it was likely for stepping over the blue line. They were dragged into the facility by five agents while one filmed.
