I had a HRV of 200+ recently 😅 It was during a very short period of sleep after finally getting to sleep at crazy o’clock and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it - burst out laughing which was a welcome relief from the OMC how am I going to get through this day I’d been having ☺️

While picking up plastic from the beach earlier this year, we spotted this tiny Playmobil mouse among all the nurdles, biobeads and microplastics. Curiously it was the second Playmobil mouse we had discovered, though neither was found at Mousehole, disappointingly.
