To everyone in the 50 - 64 age group: the CDC changed their recommendation for the Prevnar 20 pneumonia shot from 65+ to 50+. If eligible get your vaccine asap before notorious anti-vaxxer RFK Jr does something stupid re: vaccines

They need to do the same thing with the RSV vaccine (which is one & done, no need for boosters). Our pharmacy wouldn’t give me one b/c I’m under 65. 🤬 I plan to see if I can get one with a doctor’s order.
I also recommend getting the 2-shot Shingles vax if you’ve had chicken pox, & measles booster.
