But this is where my feelings on replacing Thomson lie. I really like Topper. I feel he is a legitimately good, maybe even very good, manager. But the point about Ozark is valid. Sometimes a new voice is needed

Through six games, the #Eagles are yet to play an above average game by EPA/drive on both sides of the ball, and they have now played a very below average one--against a Giants team which came into this game 28th on offense and 26th on defense by this same metric.

I know the Eagles can’t afford for Hurts to get injured, but I hate the “give up” runs from him that were something of a signature of that 2023 team. You don’t have to “stop and drop” that much, you aren’t on fire.
