This is really interesting, right? The shape of the skirt seems fairly typical, but the top is unusual. Short sleeves, tapered fit, high collar - make it look severe, but also youthful. Lovely detailing down the front too.

I am sad that I cannot encourage my friends to come visit me, I think you would like Lexington.
It might just be down to the pan, I used ceramic, might put it in the dutch oven next time. Also will use frozen veg instead of fresh (I was out).

I think the worst kind of doomerism is the kind where childless people go "well I'll be gone before it all goes really bad" - it's triggering not because I have a child, but it reflects so little hope for everyone's children.

My Mom's beloved milk goat figured out doorknobs. That was slightly surprising to discover coming out of the bathroom.
One of the systems let's you see books that the library doesn't own but could own, with a notify me button if they got them. I'm not sure if that counts as a request, I generally use the direct form from the library website.
