Absolutely!!! Prevention is the way to go. So much illness could be prevented if folks lived healthier lives. Easier said than done, I know. Also~Stress is one of the biggest killers.It needs to be moved to the head of the line. Take care!

I do not have a problem with that. I'm also glad you're healthy; but good health is not a given. Perhaps that small tax 'burden" might come in handy someday.
