A quick “hello to new followers” intro post:

I’m purpurina, I do stitchy things and I write sometimes. This past year a lot of my creative energy has gone into horror/sci-fi audiodrama @observableradio.com (check us out!!)

Here are some of my horror stitches:

We've had Hereditary, Get Out, Sinners and Weapons so it frustrates me that horror films are still seen as "less than" & must be seen as "more than just". Having seen Frankenstein (which I really enjoyed) it's a fucking horror film and there's nothing wrong with that
