My father worked as soon as he could. He never stopped until his heart literally blew itself apart (how doctors described it).

I want my taxes to pay for food for those in need. I don’t want my taxes to prop up billionaires.

My father had his first heart attack 36. My mother was in a mental institution. When my father had his second heart attack he had open heart surgery. He lost his job as a bread delivery driver. We, my father and his four children, were on disability, and then food stamps.

My leg workout out this afternoon was 120 squats with a weighted vest, 26 flights of stairs, with a weighted vest, some foot elevated bridges, and hamstring curls.
