I had the real pleasure of having lunch with Miriam Margolyes today, and as we left the restaurant, an old man started playing Hava Nagila loudly on his phone and calling Miriam a “self hating Jew!” - presumably for her stance on Palestine. It was upsetting but she brushed it off, undeterred

The idea that Connolly supports Putin is ridiculous, especially as Humphreys has been using his hateful talking points on Queer ppl. She is the only mainstream constitutional politician to use such rhetoric.

I loved this, it's smart and funny and incredibly well made on what looks like a tiny budget. So much good stuff packed in. And I learned a great new insult...Darth Karen!
It's sooo refreshing and delicious to have a film that's not the usual expensive but bland diet we get fed. Highly recommended.

I watched tonight. During the film had to stop a few times to tell my partner how fabulous I thought it was and how much I was enjoying it, this is very unusual. When it ended, I stood up in my living room and cheered...I was thoroughly engaged and entertained. Thank you, bualadh bos!
