deeply exhausting. and such a waste of time. I can’t tell if it’s worse when they don’t realize how disrespectful they’re being, or when they do, and give you that look, like they’re smug about it.

makes me uncomfortably close to wishing for violence.

best part is when they just flat lie on the offer about location, remote capability, salary etc and they don’t tell you about it until after 3-5 interviews to try and push you into accepting a shit offer. should be illegal, or be billable hours if they confirm they misrepresented the job. heathens.

Thinking about creating some YCH type designs to offer, but am unsure what the community would be interested in.
