Hi! I work in marketing and deal with Salesforce. Here's what it does:

No one knows. Salesforce is entirely a black box. It makes money, somehow. What the fuck it is, no one knows. I don't even know if Salesforce knows what Salesforce does. It's like the movie Brazil.
