Day 57 of trying to be hired by Andrew Cuomo
Change your mindset meme but all the changes in mindset are non-sequiters about Cuomo stuff that don’t have anything to do with someone’s negative self talk

my latest investigation for @consumerreports.org is based on months of reporting and 60+ lab tests of leading protein supplements

we found that most protein powders and shakes have more lead in one serving than our experts say is safe to have in a day (🧵)

A manga titled "Mark Cerny: America's Leading Gaming Genius and His Friends" was created for Jugemu Magazine in 1999 (in association with PlayStation). Cerny, Naughty Dog's Jason Rubin and Andy Gavin with Crash Bandicoot are featured.
Where's the anime adaptation?

This is cool after the war on everything called “porn” by platforms and payment processors. A machine that stole all your words can generate and sell “erotica” but you can’t haaa

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year
We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

What's an opinion about X-Men that'll get you sent to jail? Is Jean really interesting or really boring? Should Logan have stayed dead? Do you think a certain x-mens outfit is positively horrendous even though people seem to love it?

The Brood Saga is better than Dark Phoenix imo 🤷

One thing I ADMIRE about X-men is how often being Canadian is important to a Wolverine story. Like he goes to Winnipeg to uncover a secret more than you’d expect someone to ever do that.

How strong would Jack be if he used clinically proven PEC NECTAR instead of experimental steroids?

[picture of Bill Dauterive from the episode where he gets buff]

Pec Nectar is a rapid-release protein supplement designed to MAX YOUR PUMP. Bill Dauterive was an out-of-shape, out-of-luck schlub, but Pec Nectar made him twice the man he ever dreamed of. How strong would Jack Hanma be if he built his body with Ped Nectar instead of destroying his body with experimental chemicals from shady doctors?

It is tacky for really famous people to be in TV commercials for products. Their gambling debts/boat repairs are not my problem, those roles should belong to actors like the Time To Make The Donuts guy and the actress who said "who are you calling a cootie queen you lint licker" in that Orbit ad.
