Actually, I'd be surprised if there isn't a similar dish somewhere in South America; tsoivan is basically flour tortillas that are semi-fried, rolled up and sliced into noodles, and then re-fried with (beef or horse, but in this case pork) and veggies. Good way to save on water in the desert.

Leftover Mongolian tsoivan with a fried egg and kimchi for breakfast and I couldn't be happier. This is good prep for a day of mixing.

It's my Mediterranean-Mongolian fusion tsoivan, because you'd never see pork used, not to mention olive oil in the noodles, garlic, fish sauce, seasoning..

Sex ed for young children focuses on teaching kids what touching is inappropriate and what to do about it, which *fights* child sex abuse. LGBTQ+ inclusion fights bullying.

These bigots call it "grooming" to teach kids to not bully and to report sexual abuse.
