Out walking Chester and a group of school children - obviously a PE class -all ran by us.

One girl was half walking - half running behind everyone, clearly struggling.

Another girl looked back, saw them and slowed down, then walked alongside the slower child, saying “Let’s walk together”.

I really admire Dr. Mate's wisdom about the root cause of addiction being loneliness & helplessness w/o a sufficient support system/community, which we are riddled with. It's why addiction can manifest in so many different scenarios & substances.

AI has tanked my audio production business, exchange rates and the cost of living crisis have tanked my English tutoring and, as someone with health conditions that needs to social distance, the remote jobs have all dried up with RTO.

Pretty desperate for work if anyone knows of anything!

At one time in my life I wouldn't donate to fundraisers if I only had a little to give. It seemed too small to make a difference so why bother? Now I know that goals get achieved when LOTS of people give those small amounts! Let's smash this hay drive one $8 bale at a time. 🍂
