What does Zohran have in common with Caitlin Clark they are fierce #Competitors it is as #simple as that

Zohran takes risks because he is not afraid of losing, he's not "protecting his lead"

Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic nominee for mayor of New York City, directly addressed President Trump during a Fox News interview on Wednesday, vowing to work with Trump’s administration to help fulfill his own campaign pledge to make the city more affordable.

Jack Smith, the special counsel who twice secured indictments of Donald Trump, said it was “ludicrous” to suggest he was motivated by partisan politics — and offered a scathing denunciation of the Trump Justice Department — in his first extended remarks since resigning in January.

The former special counsel’s first extended remarks since resigning in January were released the same day House Republicans summoned him to testify.

What would you say if I proposed a $500 #stimmy #paid for by a #Tax on billionaires and corporations

Would the "apathetic voter" "perk up"?
taumuyi.bsky.social
My guess is that "apathetic voters" would be happy if you gave them a $500 #stimmy

We constantly talk about Dems' struggles to reach deeper into the culture and access people who ignore politics.

You know what issue is penetrating deep into the culture? ICE's masked raids and kidnappings! It's on Rogan and in country music. In the Manosphere!

You may "dislike" Sam but just remember, Elon dislikes him 10x, no 100x, nay 1000x, c'mon who are we kidding 1e9x more.

When "all is said and done" #History will remember 2020s not for Covid, nor for the equally "noxious" Trumper Party Bull Shitte, but for the day when Sam and "Open"AI dropped ChatGPT on the world setting off an AI "Cambrian age"

im #Honest opinion we are in a big AI "bubble" in terms of the "financials" but "in the same breath" the #commercialization of AI is going much much faster than I expected largely driven by the incredible #technology

This is really impressive if Anthropic can hit $20-25B next year in revenue.

The "high flyers" e.g. "Open"AI, Anthropic, Cursor, etc. are doing much much better than I expected in terms of revenue. There's a big "appetite" for AI in biz.

Sources: Anthropic is on track to meet an internal goal of $9B in annual revenue run rate by the end of 2025 and is targeting $20B to $26B for 2026 (Reuters)

Anthropic will make about $10B in revenue this year and is projecting revenue to be $20-25B next year. And let's be clear Anthropic is the "second or third or fourth banana"

Jesus christ. AI coding platform Augment code had to jack up prices because 22.5% of their users were spending 20x of what they paid, and even after raising the prices, they're still running at a loss.
reddit.com/r/AugmentCod...
A handful of users abused the system so all are getting punished.

This isn't about a few high-usage users. The reality is that approximately 22.5% of our users are consuming 20x what they're currently paying us. This isn't sustainable for us to continue delivering the quality service you expect. We have built some very powerful tools and we don’t want to impose artificial limits on what’s possible, but we do need to be able to charge in proportion to the use customers are getting from our platform. Developers are always going to push their tools to their limits, and we encourage that — and we need to be able to charge for it appropriately, too.

You only care about professional developers.

Our core focus is on building the best AI coding agent for professional software engineers and their teams. If people outside of that group are finding value with Augment, they are very welcome to use the product, but we’re not prioritizing features or solutions that non-developers might need, and frankly, there are plenty of vibe coding/low code/no code solutions available on the market that will better serve those customers.

You are just squeezing money out of us at 20x margin.

20x margin sounds great, but isn’t the reality for AI tools: the vast majority are running at a loss, including us, while we work to build sustainable, long-term businesses.

If Trump can pay the troops then he can pay any part of the government in other words the only reason why government is shut down is because of Trump and Trumper Party refuse to keep it open

I can’t overstate how entirely untethered to the constitution and past practice this unilateral move to repurpose funds to pay for military pay is. The commander-in-chief clause has precisely 0 bearing on the ability to expend funds. Here’s a list of authorities that do:

For force to be legal, you have to provide evidence e.g. to get a warrant or be in danger. Otherwise it's illegal.

Unless and until some kind of compelling legal and moral argument is presented as to why this is a legitimate use of deadly force, this is just…mass murder.

I had 1. Drake, 2. Caleb, 3. Jayden.

Jayden's arm talent may make him #1 and by arm talent I of course mean accuracy and in Jayden's case he has excellent "long-ball" arm talent.

to be perfectly #Honest I can't remember whether it was Kurt or Troy but in either case it was a comment from a "pundit" who #actually played the QB position at a high level and provides insight that only can come from a person who played QB at high level

I am very interested in carbon tax. The key imo is to redistribute the tax as a rebate, a #Stimmy if you will, so that it is more broadly popular.

One think Trump and Zohran have in common is that they are doing/proposing a lot of actions instead of the usual "temporizing". In Trump's case it's been a Shitte storm of idiocy, bigotry, and destructiveness. In Zohran's case a lot of his proposals are let me put it #diplomatically #misguided
taumuyi.bsky.social
I know I'm probably #Wrong but I think the Trump 20-point peace plan is a game-changer that is the beginning of the end of the Israeli war crimes and atrocities in Gaza that have killed tens of thousands of innocent Gazan civilians many of whom are women and children.
