Always that brief moment when I see new followers and I think "huh I bet that person doesn't want to see 100 Chicago Bears skeets in an hour, maybe I shouldn't do that"

But fam

Dem message for next year’s midterms
My opinion is that you’re not going to get good leadership as long as Woody Johnson is doing Woody Johnson Things but we’ll see
Yes, this is partially me relitigating the Bears trading for Khalil Mack
If there was a competent staff in NY free of meddling then they could build with these picks (or maybe with Sauce) but since there isn’t this trade will look like a failure without being evaluated on its own
My opinion on the Sauce trade is that it doesn’t improve the long-term chance of sustained Jets success because it doesn’t keep Woody from being the owner and that’s gonna stop you from being successful no matter what
Very excited for the new addition to the pass rush rotation, Inanimate Carbon Rod
Yeah shifting gears like this indicates you don’t know what you’re doing which indicates you won’t get much value from those picks
If this involves Dallas sending any first rounders then it just makes the whole Micah saga even funnier
2 firsts + player makes sense for me at a position/player that can dominate a game (e.g. Micah)

I’m just not sure that outside corner affords that amount of leverage.
This is…a very interesting way to value a corner, I think
So the Colts essentially did the Micah Parsons deal for Sauce Gardner. 2 firsts and a player, sheesh
And honestly, if you wrote an article titled “Mamdani has an exciting platform for NYC but one part of it is very bad” that would do numbers

Instead of whatever MattY is doing
Why the fuck do I have to get a 2FA to ask my landlord to fix the toilet

also you should not look at who is blocking you, it's meaningless, if you think it is in any way meaningful the act of looking will drive you mad
That’s my Kind of guy!
As my energy bill soars, love hearing that in sane countries you can get electricity for free
Absolutely amazing: they've got so much solar in Australia that they need more people to use more of it, so the gov't has instructed energy retailers to offer *at least three hours of free power* during the middle of the day.

Meanwhile fossil-addled US struggles with an energy-price crisis ...
Energy retailers to be directed to offer free power three hours a day
Saying there is enough solar power for everyone in the daytime, Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen will direct retailers to provide three hours of free power every day to consumers.

Also probably a kick-ass software development shop
Eek. Not that he’s been GREAT this season, but the Bears cannot lose that many more functional DLinemen
Rap: Bears EDGE Dayo Odeyingbo diagnosed with torn Achilles.
Aha, but the NBA did not have a salary cap until the 2005-2006 season! So if we restrict ourselves to that, we see the NBA has...11 different teams to 13 for MLB

(this is me pointing out that you are still correct)
Would Alec Guinness as Obi-Wan count or is that role too big to be subsumed by a career

I do think the current status quo of One Giant Omnibus With Everything For Someone In It really hurts our politics because you can't actually make everyone happy with one bite at the apple and it's also really hard to know what you got when the bite is big enough to take some branch with it
Missing from every conversation like this about this IRA is that absolutely nobody knew what was in it because the President was incapable of selling policy to the public. It's really not the job of the press to do this.
This right here, this exact sentence, is THE problem in American political journalism.

The IRA *was* cheap energy and good jobs! That was the whole bill! Democrats did precisely what political pundits are telling them to do and the pundits just ignore it.
At first I thought you meant “starving” to be an adjective modifying “kids” and well, maybe still that too
The funny thing is that for him this is generational drift that is replacing him being the guy who voiced Rex in the Toy Story movies
Just think, we still have 2 Packers games coming up!
