You know who takes a cognitive test? People whose family members suspect their loved one is suffering from dementia. If he kept getting “perfect” scores…they wouldn’t keep administering them. My take? He blew the first one he ever took. Now, they’re tracking the decline. I’d bet my hot coffee on it.

I think it's pretty obvious that a large number of them are implicated. They put 1000 FBI agents to work redacting Republican names, only to find that by the time they were through, there was precious little left to release.
