One of the reasons we are looking to get off natural gas ASAP is the line charges are 75% of the bill. If you don't use a drop of water, they will still charge you 120 a month for gas
these are the 4 days we were away on holiday using zero water. Compare the flat charge to our usage.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

We never see the "cool super bowl" ads when it screens here in New Zealand.
It's always just channel programming ads, like "this week on ESPN, basketball!"
This is why i never, ever watch the super bowl live anymore, it's half watching the same 6 ad spots on loop.

I had never seen a single episode of Columbo until last night. I watched a you tube video about the show, going in thinking it was another police procedural, whodunnit show.
