It's a public school under Title IX and gender identity/gender expression is protected in their anti-discrimination policy (I checked all that before even applying). So, I'm working on the assumption that doesn't change and Bostock remains good law.

Yep. The only decisions I've gotten so far have been from two schools that sent me the "not moving your application forward" on the day the job closed. Obviously they were looking for internal candidates but legally had to post the job anyway.

And if you want to get a sense of how glacial higher ed hiring is...I originally applied on Sept. 4. On-campus will be October 20th. Hopefully they can get the offer to me before the end of the year.
