That's a wrap! Huge thank you to Steve Reed and the entire Labour Yimby team for such an unforgettable Labour Conference. They brought energy, fun, and the largest events programme we've ever run. Labour is united behind the need to Build Baby Build!

As we approached LGBT+ Labour’s 50th anniversary, I’m not sure we expected to have such a venue to host a celebration! Thanks to the PM for popping up to cut the cake but also to our speakers for highlighting the progress Labour Government’s have made for LGBT+ rights, since we were founded in 1975.

Fantastic @labouryimby.bsky.social panel at South East Regional Conference

Regenerating our industry heartland in the South East is often forgotten on a national level but we need to focus on it to deliver growth and the homes we need

The Sunday Times is right—Milton Keynes is one of the most exciting and innovative places in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc. A city built for growth, with the infrastructure, ambition, and economic strength to lead the UK’s next phase of development.

The Children’s Wellbeing & Schools Bill is the biggest reform to child protection in a decade.

The Tories might talk about fixing education & safeguarding, but they had 14 years to do it.

It's time for them to stop chasing the populist bandwagon and focus on making change for the better.

A new NHS Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) opened on Sheppey just before Christmas.

This means the PM’s announcement today about streamlining access to CDCs for patients, will have a big positive impact on getting waiting times down round here. Very good to see.

The government’s white paper on devolution today is a welcome step.

It removes yet more bottlenecks in the planning system.

As housing is approved at the local level, fixing local government is key to improving the supply of housing.

The one enduring memory I have of John Prescott was volunteering on his Police and Crime Commissioner campaign at Uni nearly 15 years ago.

Bunch of us were in Hull town centre and Prescott was speaking on a microphone without many people listening.

Cowardly and dishonest position from Momentum. Any starting point to negotiation has to be an end to occupation.

Russia won't accept that and has said so. Because it's trying to occupy Ukrainian land and dominate its people.

For Russia, this is a colonial war.
