It just doesn't stand up to any logical scrutiny, it's incredible that this is the line they parrot

“The content in this version of the code currently in force is based on the EHRC's previous misinterpretation of the Equality Act 2010."

So the EHRC are claiming they spent 14 years misinterpreting key legislation, because of the FWS judgement. And that judgement provides "clarity" does it? Right 🧐

Absolutely disgusting. The ECHR was created to deal with governments that think like this

Bridget Phillipson, Minister for Women & Equalities, has a decision to make.

Will she sign a bathroom ban in secret? 🕵️‍♂️ Or will she reject the EHRC Code that seeks to mandate the exclusion of trans people from public life?

The Code could be laid in Parliament any day now so this is really urgent. ⏰
