I don’t think he’s going to shine again.

Embarrassing on both sides. Grow up Obby and Wab. Stop acting like children.

Yea. OK. Never take advice from CPO's or any corporate executive. All they care is their bank accounts.

While work-life balance may give you a sense of happiness and fulfillment, it isn’t always realistic, says Walmart executive vice president and chief people officer Donna Morris.
Walmart exec: ‘I’ve never believed in the term work-life balance’—this is the mantra that made her highly successful instead
Many professionals see work-life balance as a non-negotiable. Walmart CPO Donna Morris says people should practice work-life integration instead. Here's why.

So let me get this straight, CEO's "work" 55 hours a week. Ok sure.
I remember this Wall Street Journal graphic claiming that CEOs work 55 hour weeks, and maybe only 6 hours of it outside of meetings would be unambiguously considered work if they were in an entry level position.

A good actor/storyteller with a world class PR team and a lot of support from lobbyists. His views are shaped by popular public opinion and polling more than any consistent set of principles. If he did have those, he would be anti-pipeline based on his previous Indigenous activism, for example.

Also lets keep it going #Winnipeg. We have a petition going to support the reinstatement for the 50 50 transit funding. For more information go to @5050transitwpg.bsky.social. Yes we Can. #Winnipeg #WinnipegTransit #ClimateAction
Its important the MB NDP does this to regain their base, and not further go to the right as its already done. We also have a petition up. Support it by going to @5050transitwpg.bsky.social for more information. #Winnipeg #PublicTransportation #WinnipegTransit #ClimateAction
Tomorrow we have another great episode of @nntaonumfm.bsky.social where we discuss about the need to bring back 50/50 #PublicTransit funding betwen the province and the municipalities. Show starts at 11:30 am on 101.5 UMFM. #Winnipeg #WinnipegTransit #PublicTransportation #MBNDP

Tomorrow's episode of @nntaonumfm.bsky.social should be a good one, discussing the need to bring back the 50/50 transit funding by the province of Manitoba. If the MB wants to end their rightward shift, this would be a good place to do it. #WinnipegTransit #publictransportation

How we beat back the corporate takeover of America:

1. Break up corporate monopolies

2. Continue building union power

3. End Citizens United and get big money out of politics

Let’s keep working to unrig the system.

There's a persistent reflex to assume that projects like this are liberally coded, only popular in progressive enclaves. But the actual evidence goes the other way. Liberals aren't the only ones who like to cross the street safely. Conservatives also ride bikes and like to do so without dying.

AI can be beneficial for some things. Most of its junk. As fun as watching people make Mr. Rogers and Tupac videos, I would rather save some energy and reduce water use. But I could not agree more with this guy, the billionaires should fit the bill if they want Slop AI.
Data centers are important for many reasons BUT consumers should NOT have to pay higher bills to facilitate the huge amounts of electricity they eat up.

The richest companies on the planet are building these centers and they should bear the costs — not you.
