I actually don’t think it’s a lot of people. A small, diseased minority that peddle it to a larger group who like the posturing in abstract, as a tv show

It’s very weird to be in a band where most of the practices are you and the drummer playing along to the singer’s demos and so you book a show and all of a sudden the singer flies in and you have like 2 days to sound like a real band

Built my first pedalboard last night. This one’s a tiny bass board, was a lot of fun. Tuner, dirt, fuzz, chorus. Not 100% sure I love the fuzz and the dirt is mostly to compensate for not playing through a great tube head. I have never wanted chorus before but my new band has one song where it fits
