You can't say someone can violate due process for people in the country illegally because you can't know in advance that they are here illegally. That's the point of due process. You can't act like someone has broken a law without evidence. Brown skin or an accent are not evidence.
BONUS RULING: Judge Thomas Johnston, a George W. Bush appoiintee in West Virginia, used a recent ruling to warn of the dangers of defying due process for immigrants because of what it could also mean for Americans. It's worth a read.

RFK Jr. and Mike Tyson want you to believe that MAHA is just about eating healthier.

But in reality, MAHA has been focused on firing the food and medical research experts who actually make America healthy.

That’s coming.
Oh yes, my prediction is that the nasty right wing MAGA & MAHA physicians and PhDs who are delivering RFK Jr and Trump’s vile, extreme, dangerous health agenda—the Great Barrington dudes (Bhattacharya, Kulldorff) & Drs Oz, Makary, Høeg, & Prasad—will one day say they opposed that agenda all along
One of these days everyone will have always been against this? Getting ahead of the curve, I guess.

That stupid MAHA ad with Mike Tyson last night simply reinforces my suspicion that MAHA is largely driven by hatred of people with larger body sizes.

They are all in on body shaming, and it will only get worse.

They don’t care about the underlying reasons at all and will do nothing to help.

The U.S. regime's official nutrition website, RealFood.gov, has Grok integrated into it so that you can ask Elon Musk's artificial "intelligence" for meal advice.

This is what RFK Jr is delivering to the people: error-prone garbage, not gold-star science.

Now, through the MAHA coalition, he’s about to open the door for his supplements-selling friends to make a killing by forcing insurance companies to pay for them.
