Great news, Vancouverites doubled up more between 2021 and 2024, so based on that baseline we now need fewer homes to accommodate future population growth!

A quick reminder that the Provincial housing mandates are worse than useless. They are set so low that they encourage city councils to celebrate their failures as successes.
