Today, through complacency and outright corruption we face the same threat again.

One of the many reasons Labour are losing support. While the faithful ignore and excuse it, and more say “at least it’s not the Tories” or “good luck with Reform”, we’re expected to excuse/ignore this shit.

Fuck Labour.

It's so obvious another raid on PiP and incapacity benefits is coming.

Did u know? Winter is a time when nature is laid bare, with much less profusion. However, this lean season also means that other beauty is revealed & can be appreciated. For example, with few leaves on trees, hidden intricate bird nests are suddenly on display, in all their twiggy splendour. 🌿🌱🇬🇧🌱🌍🐦‍⬛

I see the PM is being very rattled and very untruthful about the Greens again in the papers.

He couldn’t say this stuff in Parliament because he would be lying to the House - both about what our popular, evidence-based policies are, and about him believing this guff.

I firmly believe that you can save this country from the pits of fascism & hatred.
Never have we had such human, honest people full of integrity and light in UK politics. Keep it up and we will keep spreading the word!

The Greens don’t believe providing safe refuge for endangered asylum seekers is an “out-of-control” policy.

Nor do we believe making life more difficult for those in need is the way to unify British society.

Refugees are welcome.

This is a new low from a govt plumbing the depths of performative cruelty in hopes that the public won’t notice they have no answers to the real issues facing this country

A sensible, humane govt would focus on safe routes to prevent people making dangerous small boat crossings

A key point about "volunteering" is that it should be "voluntary". By forcing migrants to volunteer this government not only treats us as if we are a free resource, but also ignores everything else we go through. This policy is dehumanising and exploitative.

People fleeing war and persecution are ready and able to contribute to our society.

The problem is... they're not allowed.

Rather than shipping them off to army barracks all over the country, it's time to let asylum seekers work.

Our bad, it should have said 20 million instead of billion.

Still, pretty obscene right?
Tesla have approved a $1 trillion pay package for Elon Musk. That's 20 billion times more than a nurse in the UK earns.

Don't let anyone tell you immigrants or disabled people are the problem. It's the richest 1% hoarding all the wealth.

Time to tax the super-rich properly.

The extortionate costs of visas, sometimes about ten times the actual processing costs, leave families ripped apart. While feeling waivers exist, they can be far too hard to access for many. We need a system which treats migrants with respect, not as magic money trees.
