Mountains in reflection are like a kind of Rorschach test. I just see calmness now. When I was a kid, the mountains made me feel uneasy, anxious. They were so big. They represented time. I understand time more now. I'm less afraid of it.

I sadly suspect that this is reality for so many of our teachers. Well worth the read and the Kleenex. Let's remember those who we had who inspired trust, care and nurturing. They made a real difference in our lives. Who will be able to do the same for our kids/grandkids?
