Yeah I voted for the version of @mark-carney.bsky.social that called out the totalitarian antics for what they are, "crazy." But now it's our government that's crazy - cozying up to fascists.

We need a strong CP, including fair treatment for workers. I do not understand the strategy or timing behind this, which weakens CP when all the parcel competitors are U.S. companies. And, I don't think that every public service needs to turn a profit. Canada is vast, economics are challenging.

I couldn't agree more, thanks for your work. I have been so disappointed to see sanewashing of U.S. fascism by #CBC. Like, have we learned nothing from seeing how the U.S. media aided and abetted a totalitarian takeover? I'm wondering if @canadaland.com is looking at this?
