If Republicans are so concerned about illegal immigrants, why don't they arrest the people who are hiring them, instead. Or better yet, set up a simple, equitable, workable, free system that issues work visas to workers and employers? Maybe because they need vulnerable "enemies" to demonize?

Also, since the ICE Gestapo are now using drones, perhaps the Umbrella Movement might be instructive.

The whole surge of ICE agents is a sham. Susan Collins just called up Noem and got her to scale back ICE’s presence because they all know how bad it looks for them and she’s in a tough race. It’s nakedly partisan.
