Da jeg gikk på grunnskolen (1989-1998) måtte alle sette bokbind på utsiden av alle skolebøkene (unntatt kladdebøker). Front, rygg og bakside skulle pakkes sirlig inn i noe som minnet om (men ikke var) gavepapir. Eller gråpapir, om man ville tegne selv.

Kanskje dette ville være en god idé? Å åpne for EU-medlemskap på kommunalt nivå? Oslo kommune er allerede eget tariffområde, så hvorfor ikke bare gå over til Euro? Kanskje Stovner kan gjøre det sterkt som grensehandelsted?
