I think fumbling the ball out of the end zone should be MORE punitive. Like it should be a TD for the other team. Or a safety followed by the safety punt.

Lol. The same exact thing that happened to the Lions just now happened to the Bills against the Dolphins. Not like snaps that close though.
They just ignored the challenge flag but gave Miami a timeout after the ball had been snapped.
