Now they’re coming after minors. ICE is planning to open a new call center with a dedicated unit to track unaccompanied migrant children, according to internal contracting documents.

Excessive force. PERIOD!

They called them “violent mobs,” but the violence came from the guys with badges and body armor.

📌 Keep sharing videos, everyone, because they’re evidence.
Bwahahahaha!

Bwahahahahahahahahaha!
Thanks, Gavin!

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.

But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

American grocers, this is a test. How much humanity do you have left? Are you going to hide behind this to line your pockets, or are you going to support your fellow Americans?

The second in my series I playfully call "Republican Congress Series of Unfortunate Decisions" (after Lemony Snickett of course). Stealing from the poor is next. More hope tomorrow, but today, it's judgement day for Republican Congress. Read on.

Stealing from the Poor
Republican Congress Unfortunate Decision Number Two is "stealing from the poor." The net effect of Trump's disastrous policies is to make people poorer. And Republican Congress are complicit.

Congratulations to all the Democratic candidates who won tonight. It’s a reminder that when we come together around strong, forward-looking leaders who care about the issues that matter, we can win. We’ve still got plenty of work to do, but the future looks a little bit brighter.

Cities thrive not on fear but empathy, on cooperation not division.

That's the NYC we know and love. It has found expression in this movement. And it is rising up at the ballot box today.

This is the president of the United States taking a break from gold-and-marble interior renovations to say he’ll defy a court order to feed hungry Americans.

Nero would be proud.
There are futures where we all help each other on a thriving planet. Imagine what the world could be like if half the energy we spend obsessing about an afterlife was spent on creating a better world here. It's not radical thinking. It's just common sense.

Imagine There's No Heaven
Can you imagine a world where we don't judge each other according to the rules of our own ideological belief system? Can you see it? I can, but it's not easy.

Coming tomorrow!

Can you imagine if there's no heaven? I mean, no afterlife to compete for? Imagine if we spent all that energy on fixing the planet we've been neglecting for so long. What would that look like?

Boycott when you can!
Reports of ICE ads on #Spotify were noted in early October. People began calling for boycotts immediately.

Now, nearly a month later Spotify is seeing major losses.

And we can do ever BETTER. 👏👏👏

71.5% of ICE detainees have no criminal convictions, according to government data.

Don’t fall for Trump’s lies about targeting the “worst of the worst.”

As Trump's regime terrorizes communities to fill up detention centers, remember that some of his biggest donors are private prison corporations.

My wife & I are worried about covering our new outrageous insurance premium. We’re lucky, we’ll still keep a roof over our heads & food on the table. But millions of families don’t know what they’ll eat tomorrow.

We just donated to the LA Regional Food Bank. If you can, give to your local one too.

Why do people buy pizza with EBT?

Because cauliflower is five dollars a head and you can buy five pizzas with the same money.

It’s not that folks don’t want to be healthy. They can’t afford to be healthy.

Just so we’re clear…

SNAP isn’t saved yet. A judge gave the USDA until Monday to decide how or if benefits go out. They could be delayed, reduced, or partial. Nothing’s guaranteed.

Even if payments restart, states still have to reload cards and update systems, so delays are certain.

Some context to the viral videos:

Around 9am Friday, ICE/CBP *encircled* several square miles of a safe suburb and *stormed* it using multiple units.

They were in cars, on foot in alleys & gangways, and in helicopters. They demanded papers, threatened residents, pointed guns, kidnapped people.

I’m just going to say it…

It’s pretty damn validating to hear Barack Obama say the same things we’ve been shouting for months, and longer.
