I quite like the Batts mustard. I mix it with honey, pour it over a gammon joint and cook it in the slow cooker for 4 hours. That's me done for sandwiches for 4 or 5 days. Much cheaper and far better tasting than any of the soggy, water filled ham you buy these days.
