It was really beautiful. We just sat peacefully with her for a while, petting her, me cuddling her to my chest, I could tell she was happy. As I felt her getting cold in my arms I knew we were saying goodbye again, but it wasn't sad, and it didn't feel final. Then I woke up and I can't stop crying.

I dreamed my partner and I took our cat Tifa to this... place? It was like a little building on the edge of a park, and people were going in and out with their pets. We took Tifa through, and she wasn't afraid of the other animals, just curious and alert. We sat with her by the edge of a pond.

1. Trump has dug in on anti-trans provisions in the shutdown fight this morning, cancelling a meeting with Dems unless they cave on trans people.

His post to Truth Social is a clear indication that Republicans are making targeting trans people a priority.
